When you read a bar code with a bar code reader (BRC) connected to a programmer, the programmer automatically switches model folders in an SD card inserted in it (hereinafter referred to as “YIM folders”). It receives start signal from line facilities via connected Digital I/O cable and starts programming. Decision to pass or fail can be sent to the line facilities via a Digital I/O cable after the programming is completed. Switching types from 8bit 256 patterns is available by using Script selection I/O of Digital I/O.

When you read a bar code with a BCR connected to a programmer, your PC switches a YIM folder matching the bar code data in multiple programmers connected to a user PC application. Then the programmers will program multiple flash devices at the same time.
Available to collaborate with the facilities such as in-circuit testers and function testers. PC operation can save log files and is suitable for traceability management.

NETIMPRESSS avant has 2 channels of programming interface, therefore it can sequentially program a substrate which has a main micro controller or sub micro controller without relay switching in the line facility.

High-Speed Programming and File Download Performance

To improve high-speed programming, target communication baud rate and internal process are accelerated.
Max communication baud rate with target is 40 Mbps, communication with PC is connected via Gigabit Ethernet, and you can download 8 Mbyte binary file in five seconds.
The programming data is saved in a SD card as a YIM folder. Switching YIM folders will be completed within a second.
