Running Multiple Versions of ARM Tools
RVDS does not support multiple concurrent installations. Please uninstall any other versions of RVDS before installing this version.

という表記がある通り、現状、RVDSv4.1は過去のRVDSv4.0を含む、以前のツールと共存して使用することができません。
また、SuiteSwitcherによる切り替えもできません。
