ICE Error No.1e63: Unable to load the flash definition file.
Cancel mapping and make the setting again.
[Cause]
This error is output when the flash programming definition file (xxx.frd) cannot be loaded when you tried to download the program to flash memory or erase it.
[Workaround]
Check how the flash programming definition file is described.
Check if the flash programming definition file is placed in the same folder with a previous session.
