There is no DBGRQ or DBGACK pin on the connected MPU. What should I do with the DBGRQ pin and DBGACK pin on the ICE interface connector?

DBGRQ pin is an output signal from ICE.
DBGACK pin is an input signal to ICE, but 1kΩ pull-down resistor is provided within ICE internal circuit.
