You are not allowed to set up trigger using ETM and hardware break at a time.
[Workaround]
- Set up only either trigger or hardware break.
[Cause]
For Cortex-M series, a trigger by ETM and a hardware break/OCD break [R/W/RW] cannot be concurrently set.
This rror will be displayed in such cases.
