[Q]PC register is not changed, when I do step operation at inst step mode.
[Cause]
It may be "thumb" mode at T bit of CPSR register.
In this condition, you can not execute the ARM instructions.
[Workaround]
Check CPSR register value, and if "thumb" mode, change "ARM" mode.
