[Error]Time-out for OS Lock release occurred.

[Error message]
ICE Error No.f65: Time-out for OS Lock release occurred.
[Cause]
This error is output when OS lock cannot be unlocked in the middle of attaching a debugger to the user system or break occurs.
[Workaround]
- It occurs when MPU frequently repeats power save operation.
a) In such an above system, it is recommended to disable power save operation in order to continue debugging.
b) It is recommended that you use an OS after setting OS lock unused.
- JTAG/SWD signal may have a problem.
Check the signal quality of voltage level and signal waveform (Noise, such as reflection).
