[Error message]
ICE Error No.f6d: ETM Trace Mode filter not selected.
[Cause]
This error is output when "Select mode filter" is not specified although "Set Trace Filter Condition" of the [MPU]-[Trace Enable/ETM Setup]-[Trace Filter] window is selected.
[Workaround]
When specify "Set Trace filter conditions" of [Trace Enable/ETM Setup] is selected, be sure to specify one or more "Select mode filter".
