[Error]Memory access mode Change Error.
[Scope]

[Error message]
ICE Error No.fa3: Memory access mode Change Error.
[Cause]
This error is output when error occurs due to change access mode by using mem, mdump, fill, download, debug, upload and debug commands to access user memory.
This error occurs only for Cortex core.
[Workaround]
- In rare cases, there are SoCs that can not change access mode for memory access.
In the [CoreSight] tab of the [MPU]-[MPU-Specific settings] dialog box, try to change "AP to use" to "APB-AP maintenance" or "APB-AP (NoBlk)".
