[Error message]
ICE Error No.fa6: Memory write failure.

[Cause]
This error is output when error occurs due to write user system memory by using mem, fill, download, debug and eval commands.
This error occurs only Cortex core.

[Workaround]
- No device exists in the specified address.
Check the correct address specified.
- Unauthorized access may be done.
Check the access permission of the specified address
- If you specify a variable as an address, the address indicated by the variable may not be accessible.
Check the address of the variable.
- Downloaded object cannot be used with the user system.
Check the downloaded object.
- In rare cases, there are SoCs that can not use the mode for memory access.
In the [CoreSight] tab of the [MPU]-[MPU-Specific settings] screen, please change "AP to use" to "APB-AP maintenance" or "APB-AP (NoBlk)".
