[Error message]
ICE Error No.fa9: Address range specified events to trace switch can not be set
[Cause]
This error is output when the event specified in "Trace Switch" of the [MPU]-[Trace Enable/ETM Setup] window is address range.
This error occurs only for ARMv8 cores.
[Workaround]
Choose [View]-[Event List] from the menu bar of the microVIEW-PLUS.
Change specified event to single address.
