[Error message]
ICE Error No.fc6: Data cannot be set up when address range is specified.
[Cause]
This error is output when you specified address range and specified data at the same time for ETM event.
Or, when you specified data without specified address for ETM event.
[Workaround]
1) Set address range and unset data for ETM event.
2) Set single address and set data for ETM event.
