[Error]External signal event cannot be set up while using ETB function.

[Error message]
ICE Error No.fcb: External signal event cannot be set up while using ETB function.
[Cause]
This error is output when "Ext. Signal" on the [Extension] tab of the [Event Setting] window is selected while selecting "Use ETB" on the [Control] tab of the [ETM Control] dialog box, which you can open by selecting [MPU]-[ETM Control] from the menu bar of the microVIEW-PLUS.
[Workaround]
While checking "Use ETB", unset "Ext. Signal" of event.
Or, after "Use ETB" check off, set "Ext. Signal" of event.
