ICE Error No.fd1: MMU-Fault Invalid address alignment.
[Cause]
This error is output when MMU Fault occurs while accessing memory.
It does not occur in normal use, but it occurs when the target system power supply, clock, etc. are unstable.
[Workaround]
Check the user system power supply, clock, and JTAG/SWD signal.
