ICE Error No.fd6: Exception occurred during debug state
[Cause]
This error is output when failing to access memory/ register while debugging.
It does not occur in normal use, but it occurs when the target system power supply, clock, etc. are unstable.
[Workaround]
Check the user system power supply, clock, and JTAG/SWD signal.
