ICE Error No.fe0: Monitor Point data error.
[Cause]
This error is output when required data is shortage while executing Monitor point functionality.
It does not occur in normal use, but it occurs when the target system power supply, clock, etc. are unstable.
[Workaround]
Check the target system power supply, clock, and JTAG/SWD signal.
