[Error]Instruction Cache Invalidate failure.
[Scope]

[Error message]
ICE error No.fe9: Instruction Cache Invalidate failure.
ICE error No.fea: Date Cache Invalidate failure.
ICE error No.feb: Date Cache Clean failure.
[Cause]
This error is output when invalidating ICache was failed while accessing memory if you use Cortex-M3 and "Quatro 53xx" is specified in "Cache type" in the [User system] tab of [MPU]-[MPU-specific settings].
[Workaround]
- Cache base address may be wrong.
Check the "Cache Base Address" on the "User system" tab of [MPU]-[MPU-specific settings] is correct.
- If you use a core any other than Quatro 53xx, do not select "Quatro 53xx" to "Cache Type".
Select "none" to "Cache type" on the [User system] tab of [MPU]-[MPU-Specific settings].
