[Error]ETM probe is not connected properly.

[Error message]
ICE Error No.ff6: ETM probe is not connected properly.
[Cause]
This error is output when ETM probe is not connected properly although "TPIU" is specified in "Trace Sink" if you use Cortex cores.
[Workaround]
When using ETM trace, please check the ETM probe is connected properly.
If you do not use ETM trace, change "ETM type" from "JTAG+ETM" to "JTAG" to avoid this error.
