[Error message]
ICE Error No.ffb: You need to select [Enable] for VFP to access VFP register.
[Cause]
This error is output when VFP register is changed from register window or register command.
[Workaround]
If you access VFP registers, select Enable in the "VFP" field on the [User System] tab of the [MPU]-[MPU-Specific Settings] dialog box.
