ICE Error No.1e52: Set up RAM area for ICE.
[Cause]
This error is output when you downloaded the program to flash memory without setting up a "User RAM for ICE" .
[Workaround]
Make the settings up a "User RAM for ICE" by [Environment]-[Mapping].
For details, see manual section 5.3 "Setting up a User RAM for the ICE".
