ICE Error No.1e87: Core Power Down
[Cause]
This error is output when Debugger command execute while CPU Core enter Power Down state, and command execution result in failure.
[Workaround]
If "Core Power" item existed in [MPU]-[MPU-specific Settings]-[Other], select "Control" in the "PowerDown", debugger command may work well.
