[Question]
What should I select for “Multicore debug" which is shown when creating a new project?

[Answer]
Select it in accordance with your user system and debug purpose.

(1) None (Single core)
Select “None (Single core)" if the SoC to be debugged is single core.

(2) AMP configuration (Working together with multiple microVIEW-PLUS) If SoC to be debugged is a multicore, and each processor runs different programs, select “AMP configuration" (Working together with multiple microVIEW-PLUS).
 - It can create projects for each core, and it can debug the programs of each core.
 - By selecting the synchronizing target for each core, you can debug them by synchronizing the execution control.

(3) SMP configuration (Debug multiple cores on one screen)
If SoC to be debugged is a multicore, and each processor runs the same program, select “SMP configuration" (Debug multiple cores on one screen).
You can debug multiple cores by one microVIEW-PLUS window.
 - Always synchronize the execution control. It also shares the break points.
 - Application debug without conscious about the core is available.

(4) AMP+SMP configuration
This is supported by specific SoC. Do not select this under the normal operation condition.
