Modify after deleting all ETM event and break.
[Cause]
This error is output when you try to change ETM environments while setting event/break for ETM.
[Workaround]
To change the settings for ETM, cancel all ETM events and break settings first. For Cortex-M0/M1/M3/M4/Kinetis K Series/TMS320DM814x CM3, Error No.F11 will be displayed if changing the ETM environment while OCD break [R/W/RW] is set.
