[Workaround]
• Check if a bus controller is set up correctly in an area set up as the user RAM area for ICE, and can be accessed (read/write/fetch) properly.
• Check mapping settings once again.
• When cache is enabled, disable cache.
[Cause]
This error is output when the monitor program to check availability of the user RAM for ICE ended abnormally.
