NETIMPRESS avant / acorde Support

(1) If you have not registered the product, please register the product of the programmer itself.

Product category: Select "NETIMPRESS Hardware"
Model name: Enter the model name of the programmer main unit (AFX100, AFX210, etc.)
Serial No.(S/N): Enter the serial number printed on the nameplate sticker of the programmer main unit.
Customer information (required items: company name, your name, phone number, e-mail)


(2) When you register the product, you will receive an email with the ID and password required to log in.


(3) On the login page of NETIMPRESS avant/acorde, enter your ID and password to log in.

(4) You can download the latest updater of the registered product from the screen displayed after logging in. Please clink the link of the title part to download.

(5) When you unzip the downloaded zip file to any location on your PC, the following files will be expanded. Please refer to the contents of the Release Notes.
