[Workaround]
• JTAG/SWD clock frequency may too high.
→ Low down “JTAG/SWD clock of MPU-specific setting.
• ETM does not exist.
→ Change [ETM Type] from [JTAG+ETM] to [JTAG] in debugger menu {MPU]-[ETM Control]-[ETM Control].
• SWD signal may have a problem.
→Check the signal quality of voltage level and signal waveform (Noise, such as reflection).
[Cause]
This error is output when using SW-DP. MPU cannot receive normally the ICE data. This error occurs only for Cortex core.
