[Scope]

[Error message]
ICE Error No.1e0d: JTAG polling time-out occurred.
[Cause]
This error is output when the ICE made access to the MPU, but could not complete the access within a certain time.
[Workaround]
- If you are connecting both ETM probe and JTAG probe at the same time, use only either one of the two probes.
- If the area is an access-prohibited area such as SDRAM unless a bus controller is set up, issue the reset command and set up a bus controller.
- Check if the watchdog timer reset has occurred.
