[Workaround]
Reinstall microVIEW-PLUS.
[Cause]
This error occurs when a firmware of ICE and microVIEW-PLUS have an inconsistency.
To update the products, the debugger for each product has to be updated also.
Please be noted that the operation may fail if you update only microVIEW-PLUS.
