[Error message]
Invalid Table Number.
[Cause]
If this error occurs during downloading, the MPU system of the microVIEW-PLUS is not matched with that of the ICE.
This occurs especially when the ICE MPU system is old.
[Workaround]
Download the latest system from YDC's support center WEB to update the MPU systems of the microVIEW-PLUS and ICE.
After that, check again whether or not the same error occurs.
