[Function/Specification] How to change the address specification

Specification method of address is changed from microVIEW-PLUS Ver 2.26 for specifying the break address and event address easier.
In previous versions,"#" is necessary at the beginning when specifying the address. This is not necessary for Ver 2.26 or later.
Checkbox “addr" is also removed.
