[Function/Specification] In case there is no JTAG signal on ETM connector:

If JTAG signal is not assigned to ETM interface, both of 20 pin JTAG interface and 38 pin Mictor interface can be connected.
If you connect 20 pin JTAG interface, it is connected by 20 pin JTAG interface. JTAG pin signal of ETM interface is ignored.
