“ERROR in Copying Files" occurs when installing the install kit. Cannot complete the installation.
[Answer]
If you install the install kit while user manuals or microVIEW-PLUS are running, it will result in error.
[Workaround]
Make sure to exit all applications and documents when installing the install kit.
