[Scope]

[Error message]
ICE Error No.f5c: CoreSight ACK FAULT
[Cause]
This error is output when using SW-DP.
MPU cannot receive normally the ICE data.
This error occurs only Cortex core.
[Workaround]
• JTAG/SWD clock frequency may too high.
→ Low down “JTAG/SWD clock of MPU-specific settings.
• SWD signal may have a problem. →Check the signal quality of voltage level and signal waveform(Noise, such as reflection).
[Caution]
In case this error occurs, subsequent operation of the ICE cannot be performed properly.
