[Error message]
JTAG test error

[Cause]
This error is output when a test to confirm JTAG communication between ICE and a user system ends up in a failure.

[Workaround]
- Check whether the JTAG signals are properly connected.
- Check the JTAG signals have not deteriorated by noise or the like.
- Check if there is poor contact to the JTAG connector.
- If do not have RTCK terminal, uncheck the adaptive clock from [MPU-Specific Settings].
- Check daisy-chain configuration of [MPU-Specific Settings] is set correctly.
- Case of reset or power off can not access JTAG.
