No ETM resources available.

[Cause1]
This error is output when all resources are used to perform ETM trace using ETM resources of the MPU.

[Workaround1]
Release ETM resources and make the setting again.

[Cause2]
This error is output when project has event setting and ICE is not connected to target system.
