INTDIS is not set up when accessing the system speed.
[Workaround]
• Check if interrupt form the external bus has been made to the MPU continuously.
• Check if JTAG probe or ETM connector is securely connected. Unconnected it once and connect it again.
• Decrease JTAG clock.
• This error is also output when ARM core cannot obtain AHB bus right.
[Cause]
This error is output when the ICE lost all controls via JTAG.
