Select ETB for JTAG daisy chain.
[Cause]
This error is output when ETB is not selected for both TAP#1 and TAP#2 for JTAG daisy chain.
In such case, ETB function cannot be used.
If you use Cortex core, check ETB offset value at [MPU]-[MPU-Specific Setting]-[CoreSight].
