[Cause]
JTAG daisy chain settings cannot be changed while using ETB function.
[Workaround]
Choose MPU → ETM Control from the menu bar of the microVIEW-PLUS.
And, uncheck Use ETB on the Control tab of the ETM Control dialog box before you change the JTAG daisy chain settings.
