This error is output when data mask pattern exceeding a data size is specified for an event.
[Workaround]
Specify data mask pattern that is less than 32-bit (4byte) when a data size is 32-bit, and data mask pattern that is less than 16-bit (2byte) when a data size is 16-bit, and data mask pattern that is less than 8-bit (1byte) when a data size is 8-bit.
