Error message	120:Device function error.
Description	This error occurs when the read data is not FF during blank check or the data does not match during read verify during control with AZ491. * In the case of stand-alone operation or operation with the remote controller (AZ490), Displays the address and data (buffer memory and read flash value) where the blank check error or verification did not match, and stops.   ([Next] / [▲] displays the next unmatched address, [Cancel]/[RESET]) Device function end)
Check item	If read verification does not match, this may occur not only when flash writing is not performed correctly, but also when communication data is corrupted due to noise or the like. If a device function error always occurs when writing to a specific board, a microcomputer failure is suspected.
