Error message	FILE NOT EXIST
Description	An error will occur when there are no files required for operation. When using the "object file programming function", the buffer must be cleared before loading the object file. If the buffer is not cleared, an error will occur when loading the object file.
Check item	Perform the buffer clear operation and then load the object file again.
